Return Policy for Sri Amman Agro

At Sri Amman Agro, we are committed to providing high-quality agro products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return You can return products within 3 days of receiving your order if they are:

• Damaged or defective upon arrival
• Incorrect items received
• Unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Perishable goods (seeds, fertilizers, etc.)
• Customized products

3. Return Process To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer support team at support@sriammanagro.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the damaged/incorrect product.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.

4. Refunds Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Shipping Charges Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

6. Exchange Policy If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will process it based on product availability.
